Chaplain Howard Colville Taylor Jr embarked on a remarkable journey of faith, starting from his early years as a minister in training and youthful minister. It was in 1980’s when he first accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior, under the guidance of Reverend W, Maynard of St Paul Missionary Church. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of an extraordinary path that would shape Chaplain Taylor’s life and inspire him to inspire countless others.

During his time as a minister in training Chaplain Taylor demonstrated a deep commitment to his faith and a strong desire to serve others. Despite his young age, he quickly became one of the youngest ministers in the church, showcasing his exceptional dedication, speech, singing, and spiritual maturity.

Chaplain Taylor’s multifaceted role at the church included singing, leading prayers, and warmly welcoming congregants. His vibrant voice resonated through the halls, filling the hearts of those who listened with hope and a new found inspiration.

For the first 12 years of his life as a minister, Chaplain Taylor tirelessly devoted himself to spreading the message of love, compassion, and salvation. His unwavering faith and unwavering commitment to the Lord propelled him forward, igniting a fire within his soul to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

As time went on, Chaplain Taylor’s influence expanded beyond the walls of St Paul Missionary Church. His dedication to serving the community and uplifting those in need led him to venture beyond his local congregation and city when reaching out to individuals and communities in neighboring states as well.

Chaplain Taylor’s journey as a minister has been one of growth, transformation, and unwavering faith. Through his experiences, he has learned valuable lessons about the power of love, forgiveness, and the importance of embracing diversity.

Today, Chaplain Howard C Taylor Jr continues to inspire and uplift others through his role as a Chaplain and Spiritual Leader. His journey from a youthful minister to an influential figure in his community serving as a testament to the transformative power of faith and the profound impact one person can have on the lives of many.

His journey came to a complete halt March 16, 2019 after an attempt on his life when working at Advance Marine Preservation in Jacksonville, Florida on the Mayport Base aboard the Iwo Jima inside a storage tank working in a deep, deep confined space while sandblasting in the welldeck. for Advance Marine Preservation.

Foreman Michael “Mike” Neeves. was his immediate supervisor on scene who yelled at him to get back to work when he crawled out the storage tank left alone to die after time and time again turning the exhaust ventilation system once the entrants and him are in the deep confined space, and someone shut his only supply of oxygen. As he lay on the well deck begging for help, coughing up blood, going in and out of contiousness while his Foreman Michael Mike” Neeves yelled at him trying to get him back in the storage tank where he had just suffocated and no help was given even to this day after reporting to Jacksonville OSHA days before the incident. OWCP Claims Examiner Larry Jones, OWCP District Director David Duhon, Joe Romero none of them ever spoke with, investigated, or examined the claimant. Eric Pesenski, John Poston, Cameron Wright, Lance Pebbles, Thomas Mott Jr., Anthony “Tony” Savanio, and Michael Neeves had full knowledge of attempted to murder Chaplain Howard C Taylor Jr. at work on the day of March 16, 2019 when it all Started.
